BAR I · BEIGE · GENTLE
Shea leads the formula and coconut steps back: the lowest cleansing strip in the range and the highest conditioning. The colour is the shea itself. Cured six full weeks; this bar, highest in olive, needs every day of it.

BAR II · SAGE · BALANCED
The control of the range and the natural first choice. Strong lather without drying, wide appeal, no compromises in either direction. A soft, minty sage green.

BAR III · IRON RED · STRONG
The working bar: super-bubbly and high-strength for oily skin, garage hands and hard days. The free-oil margin is raised, not lowered, so maximum lather never crosses into harshness. Deep red from natural iron oxide.

A sealing butter for coily and textured hair — the most moisture-fragile hair there is. Coconut in place of wax: it feeds the strand instead of coating it, holds shape without buildup, and washes out clean.

LIP BALM · SIX INGREDIENTS
Structured on beeswax alone and refined across thirteen versions for hold without slick. The shea melts out completely at lip temperature, leaving a thin, durable, natural film with far longer lasting coverage between applications.

DEODORANT · BAKING-SODA FREE

The Standard
Everything here is developed the way a lab method is developed: versioned, tested against the last iteration, and released only when there is nothing left to remove.

No perfume, no fragrance oil, no dye beyond minerals, no stabilizers. What you smell is shea, olive, honey and beeswax — the ingredients themselves, properly handled.

Every formula is anhydrous — no water phase. That is why no preservative is needed or used, and why the recipes hold on their own chemistry instead of an additive list.

The gentle bar is on version 33. Each change is documented against the last: what moved, by how much, and the honest trade-off it cost. Release means the next version stopped winning.
Process
01 · SAPONIFY
Each batch is saponified cold from a live workbook — lye, water plan and trace computed per gram, with citrate for hard water and honey for lather, checked against the batch record.
02 · PRESS
Bars are pressed into their final form, with the Crucible seal and the ingredients stamped directly into the face — the label is part of the soap.
03 · CURE
Every bar cures a full six weeks before it ships. The gentle bar, highest in olive, needs every day of it — so every bar gets it.
